Spread along the shores of beautiful Murat Bay, gateway to the Nullarbor and the Great Australian Bight, Ceduna is a fishing and oyster farming town and the commercial centre for the pastoral and cereal-growing area of the Far West.
For the traveller, Ceduna is a welcome stopover prior to, or after, crossing the vast Nullarbor Plain. Facilities include a range of accommodation, modern shops and many and varied sporting and recreational venues. Attractions are also varied, ranging from water activities such as fishing and boating, outdoor pursuits such as the walking trail to Pinky Point Lookout and for history buffs, the Old School House Museum.
